Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space to slow down and make sense of what feels overwhelming or unclear. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, self‑doubt, identity shifts, or the lingering impact of past and generational experiences. These challenges can quietly affect relationships, confidence, and emotional well‑being.
My approach is relational, trauma‑informed, and culturally attuned. We work collaboratively to understand patterns, strengthen self‑trust, and support meaningful change—at a pace that feels respectful and safe.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a space to explore how patterns of communication, attachment, and stress impact your relationship. Many couples seek support during life transitions, periods of disconnection, or ongoing conflict that feels difficult to resolve alone.
I help couples slow down conversations, build emotional awareness, and develop more intentional ways of relating—while honoring each partner’s background, values, and lived experience.

Family Therapy
Family therapy can support families navigating conflict, transitions, or emotional distance. Generational beliefs, cultural values, and past experiences often influence how family members relate to one another.
Through a respectful and collaborative process, therapy helps families develop greater understanding, improve communication, and create space for healing across generations.
