What to Expect
You may be wondering, what is therapy like anyway? It is normal to be curious, unsure, or even nervous about going into therapy. Therapy is a place where you get to let out your thoughts and feelings without judgement. Think of it as a space where you get to freely express yourself. Nobody knows you better than YOU. That's why having open dialogue and empowering you to be the best version of yourself while tracking unhealthy patterns is what I enjoy doing most.

It's important to remember that you don't have to talk about anything you're not ready to talk about, or do anything you don't want to do. You are in control of what you want to talk about in session.

Everyone has their own unique personality. Similarly, my therapeutic approach varies to cater to each individual. I enjoy walking alongside my clients and use a collaborative approach where I point out things during session while you are the ultimate person in power.
