Cultural Diversity

Navigating the world as a person of color can have it's own challenges. Living in a household where your family doesn't understand you because they don't agree with American culture and values can be rough. Do you find yourself struggling to communicate with your parents or family because of cultural differences? Is mental health still a stigma in your family? Then you've come to the right place.

As a woman of color, I understand the racial and cultural barriers and would like to help you reach your goals. I specialize in immigrant families and I am especially passionate about working with first generation teens. As a first generation myself, growing up in a traditional East Indian household in America, I struggled with my identity between the Indian and American cultures. It is possible to exist in the GRAY and have the best of both worlds!
